Come and join Sunwater as our Quality Assurance Coordinator for a 12-month fixed term opportunity (maternity leave cover), where you will provide administrative and coordination support to the corporate Quality Assurance (QA) team. You will assist in the establishment, maintenance and continual improvement of Sunwater’s Business Management System and its integration with other management systems and business processes to ensure Sunwater maintains and continually improves its performance. Additional key responsibilities include:-
- Provide coordination, administrative and logistic support for efficient and effective functioning of the QA team.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide advice, coaching, assurance and reporting support for controlled document management and other management system activities, as required.
- Provide scheduling and logistic support to facilitate internal and external assurance activities and other requirements.
- Assist the business with retaining external management system certifications such as ISO 14001.
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the QA SharePoint site, controlled document SharePoint site, relevant ICT systems and underlying processes.
We are seeking a driven, proactive and self-motivated individual who has sound technical writing and document control skills with the ability to prepare written reports, presentations, and other communications in a clear and logical manner. With 5 years of experience in a comparable role, qualifications in business, quality, or a related discipline, you will excel at working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to influence outcomes. In addition, you will have the following: -
- Strong Communication Skills – Strong written communication skills with experience in data collections, analysis and presentation.
- Technical Skills – Proficiency in documentation management, assurance, and continual improvement methodologies
- Process Improvement Skills – Root cause analysis or process improvement training (highly desirable)
This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity and at Sunwater, we have a genuine emphasis on work/life balance and to ensure you are well-rewarded for your dedication and hard work, this role offers an attractive base salary starting at $97,421.48, a standard 38 hr work week, 12.75% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading.
