The role

Reporting to the Corporate Facilities Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for visitors attending the Sunwater Brisbane office whilst also tending to queries, answering phone calls, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities will include (but aren’t limited to):

  • Delivering efficient and professional reception support functions to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with coordination of internal and external Sunwater events
  • Coordinating Sunwater’s incoming and outgoing mail service
  • Managing Sunwaters online catering and PPE ordering services
  • Supporting the corporate facilities team in identification and escalation of potential security matters

 

 

About you

To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated ability in customer relations or reception functions. You will also bring a friendly and professional attitude and create a positive first and ongoing impression to our internal and external customers.

Other skills include:

  • Basic administrative skills, with a focus on providing high quality support services
  • Computer and software applications experience (e.g., MS Office Suite)
  • Ability to apply sound oral and written communication and interpersonal skills in an administrative support role
  • Working as part of a multi-functional team
  • Organisational skills including the ability to prioritise work schedules, meeting commitments and deadlines
