• Partner with senior leaders to provide advice, coaching and level 2 assurance support on project quality management and associated processes.
• Implement and continually improve Sunwater Quality Management System to support the Infrastructure, Development and Delivery (IDD) work plan.
• Lead learning & improvement activities such as incident investigations and lessons learned, help develop robust action plans, and monitor their effective implementation to prevent recurrence and facilitate continual improvement.
• Provide subject matter expertise for development, implementation and monitoring of Project Quality Management Plans and associated inspection, testing and monitoring activities.
• Provide oversight and support to ensure smooth transition and handover of completed projects from IDD to Operations to ensure operational compliance and efficiency.  

We are seeking a talented project quality management advisor with infrastructure project level 2 assurance experience.  You will have tertiary qualifications in engineering, business, quality, or related discipline, have 7+ years’ experience in a similar role supporting project delivery and have experience and advanced understanding of integrated management systems (ISO 9001,14001,45001,55001).  In addition, you will also have:-

• Technical Writing Skills – strong technical writing and document controls skills, with the ability to analysis and present to a wide variety of audiences.
• Collaborative – your strong collaboration skills with key stakeholders will enable you to efficiently plan and deliver risk-based, independent, and objective assurance over projects including supporting functions, contractors, and suppliers, and make recommendations for closing any gaps and continual improvement.
• Project Experience – experience in management system implementation and auditing of infrastructure projects.
