Do you have a passion for commercial contract excellence?  Come and join Sunwater as our Senior Commercial Contract Advisor where you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Sunwater’s largest customers and negotiating water supply, transportation and other revenue generating contracts to ensure the long-term financial sustainability of Sunwater.  In addition, you will:-

• Perform the end-to-end contract lifecycle in accordance with Sunwater’s risk profile, contract policies, procedures, standard terms and contract templates including compliance obligations.
• Negotiate customer lead transactions with large counterparties to deliver sustainable growth across Sunwater’s business.
• Ensure the contractual obligations of Sunwater are efficiently and accurately recorded, maintained and managed.
• Manage the resolution of any claims and disputes relating to Sunwater’s large industrial customers and contracts.

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong customer relationship management with ability to build effective and sustainable working relationships.  You will have a highly developed understanding of commercial principles and contract terms in an infrastructure or network service business, 7 years experience in a commercial or contractual position and a Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, law or related discipline.  In addition, you will have:-

• Negotiation Skills – High level commercial consultation and negotiation skills, including managing all aspects of end-to-end contractual processes.
• Strong Communication Skills – Excellent oral and written communications skills with demonstrated ability to engage and influence audiences, calmly manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines as required.
• Analytical Skills – Highly developed conceptual, analytical, problem solving skills, with the ability to develop strategies and recommend solutions to complex issues.

This full-time opportunity is available for an immediate start.
