As a Master Data Analyst, you will be an integral part of the asset master data team, responsible for managing and maintaining asset management systems data and reporting services. Your work will support the delivery of effective and efficient asset management and assurance frameworks across Sunwater.
As a Master Data Analyst at Sunwater, you will:
- Develop and maintain asset systems and data quality to support all asset management functions.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations regarding existing system capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships for network support agreements with managed service providers, ensuring alignment with contractual expectations.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to maintain the integrity of asset data and support effective decision-making.
Please note that due to the nature of this role, there may be some occasional ad-hoc travel. Please also note that this role can be based in any Sunwater office (subject to space).
We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in asset master data, including demonstrated expertise with SAP or other CMMS. Ideally you will have an Associate Diploma in Project Management, Maintenance Management, Asset Management, or a relevant discipline, or relevant experience aligned with the role's accountabilities. You should be flexible with priorities and able to work within tight timeframes.
In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum of five years’ experience working with asset management concepts and principles.
- Advanced skills in using Excel, Word, and other Microsoft programs.
- Demonstrated change management experience within a team environment, with well-developed engagement strategies to maintain key relationships.
