In addition, you will:-
- Provide tactical support on a number of initiatives/activities at any one time.
- Deliver secretariat and administrative services and on-ground support for customer-related forums throughout regional Queensland
- Assist advisors and managers in the function implement customer and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Support the delivery of customer engagement activities, initiatives, campaigns and events.
- Collaborate on collateral development including planning documentation, written and visual material, social media content and corporate communication.
We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated individual who has exceptional attention to detail and time management abilities, capable of effortlessly managing diverse and competing priorities. You will have demonstrated event/project coordination and administrative experience delivering customer forums and acting as meeting secretariat. Prior experience working in regional communities, resources or infrastructure sectors would be highly advantageous. In addition, you will have the following skills: -
- Strong Communication – Well-developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work effectively as part of a team.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Demonstrated experience supporting stakeholder engagement tactics and maintaining effective business relationships.
- Technical Aptitude – Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite tools and customer or stakeholder relationship management systems.
This position involves frequent travel to Regional Queensland, occasionally with short notice.
