Senior Resilience Advisor

Work. Are you an experienced Advisor with extensive Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) knowledge?  Come and join Sunwater as our Senior Resilience Advisor in this permanent position, reporting directly to the Resilience Manager.  In this role you will manage and maintain the Sunwater Critical Infrastructure Risk Management Program through collaboration with business and you will be responsible for developing the annual Critical Infrastructure Risk Management Report for Government.  Other key responsibilities include:

  • Provide advice on SOCI requirements across the business including personnel security requirements and physical security to meet legislative obligations
  • Ensure alignment with Sunwater existing policies, relevant standards, regulatory and other external / internal requirements and support the organisation in ongoing facilitation and enhancement of business resilience systems and compliance systems
  • Provide assurance on SOCI obligations by developing, maintaining and implementing the CIRMP assurance plan
  • Develop and implement project management plans in relation to security, emergency, business continuity and crisis management
  • Coordinate and deliver quarterly reviews and annual reporting for Sunwater’s Critical Infrastructure Risk Management Program to meet SOCI obligations
  • Manage audit actions in relation to Security & Resilience to ensure timely implementation of recommendations

We are seeking an experienced resilience professional with 5+ years experience in similar role, with a degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience). You will have a strong understanding of SOCI obligations and have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the business.

This is a permanent term opportunity, based at our Fortitude Valley office. At Sunwater, we have a genuine emphasis on work/life balance and to ensure you are well-rewarded for your dedication and hard work, this role offers a base salary started from $141,112, plus 12.75% superannuation and 17% leave loading.
