Key responsibilities include:-
- Deliver high-level, confidential executive support and strategic advice to the CEO, Company Secretary, Chair, and Board members, ensuring seamless operations across leadership functions.
- Manage the CEO’s daily workflow, including email prioritisation, correspondence, meetings, briefing coordination, and travel, to enable timely and effective decision-making.
- Lead cross-organisational coordination and stakeholder engagement, including with government and peak bodies, to support informed executive and Board-level decisions.
- Mentor Executive Assistants and supervise Governance & Assurance Advisors, ensuring consistent governance standards, quality workflows, and effective Board support.
- Oversee the preparation and management of Board and ELT reports, agendas, presentations, and ministerial briefs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strategic alignment.
We’re seeking a proactive, self-motivated professional with exceptional organisational and time management skills, capable of handling diverse priorities with ease. With at least five years’ experience in a similar role, you’ll confidently manage tasks independently while providing seamless support to the CEO. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with technical proficiency in tools like Diligent Board Books, SAP, and MS Suite. An Advanced Diploma in Business Administration is highly regarded and will further support your success in this role.
This is a full-time opportunity and at Sunwater, we have a genuine emphasis on work/life balance and to ensure you are well-rewarded for your dedication and hard work, this role offers an attractive base salary, a standard 38 hr week, access to banked time and TOIL, plus 12.75% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading.
