Key responsibilities include:-
- Development impact management: Identify and review urban development impacts on Sunwater property, in consultation with relevant business units.
- Property Management Coordination: Assess third-party land access applications, coordinate stakeholder approvals, liaise with applicants and staff, and conduct site inspections.
- Safety Risk Management: Help identify and manage safety risks related to third-party access to Sunwater infrastructure and land.
- Property Portfolio & Compliance: Manage Sunwater’s regional housing assets, oversee maintenance and refurbishment, and ensure compliance with tenure and access conditions.
We’re seeking a property professional with 2 - 5 years’ experience and a relevant degree (or equivalent). You’ll bring expertise in managing diverse property portfolios, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to support strategic decisions. Experience with Native Title and Cultural Heritage assessments is highly desirable.
