Work. The Technical Content Advisor is responsible for maintaining the documentation relating to Sunwater Assets, in accordance with the requirements of the stakeholders and procedures and condition schedules and quality manuals.
As Technical Content Advisor at Sunwater, you will:
- Manage the collation of information, cross checking/ following up outstanding queries and gaps.
- Develop the documents in accordance with established processes and procedures.
- Maintain a register of documentation and a schedule of document reviews and updates including establishing and maintaining secure retention of all master standard work instructions.
- Support technical subject matter experts to develop policy, procedural, and other technically based documentation in an accurate, professional, and well drafted manner which ensures accuracy and readability.
- Lead the production of high-quality professional technical documentation and guidelines in accordance with Sunwater’s asset management framework and legislative requirements.
We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience a technical role within an asset heavy, infrastructure or engineering environment. Preferably hold a degree level qualification (Education, Communication, Engineering or Project Management) or equivalent extensive knowledge and experience in the technical aspects of communication, document design and copy editing.
You will also bring:
- Demonstrated experience in understanding complex engineering concepts and documents like specifications, reports and drawings, with the ability to communicate those ideas into content that is easily understood by everyone.
- Demonstrated understanding of the process of document creation and review using processes and tools used by Project Management worldwide including comprehensive knowledge of documentation ecosystems.
- Excellent communication skills, engaging with key stakeholders and content experts across the business to ensure that documents are accurate, complete and fit for purpose.
