As a Customer Data Analyst at Sunwater, you will:
- Develop and deliver customer reporting by collecting, modelling, and analysing data from multiple sources to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret customer data and clearly communicate findings to support informed business decisions.
- Prepare reports and briefing materials for senior leadership, including high‑quality content for Executive and Board papers.
We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in data analysis and reporting, ideally within a regulated or complex operational environment. You will hold tertiary qualifications in Business, Statistics, IT, or have equivalent experience, and bring:
- Proven experience in data analysis with strong skills in modelling, trend identification, and data interpretation.
- Experience developing business documentation, including policies, procedures, and process flow diagrams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights for senior leaders.
