You will develop and manage the regions Planned Corrective Maintenance Program, delivering high quality outcomes through a strongly motivated team committed to the prudent and efficient delivery of capital upgrade programs and works.
As a Program Delivery Manager at Sunwater, you will:
- Lead and mentor staff providing safety leadership and expert technical advice, while driving innovation, efficiency and high performance across capital, renewal, maintenance and operational works in accordance with the expectations of the business, our shareholders and our customers.
- Monitor and report on performance and drive coordination of works programs across the south Region.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on the development of annual and the 2-5 year Planned Corrective Maintenance Programs to ensure the business is resourced to deliver asset driven outcomes in accordance with business and customer expectations.
- Deliver the annual renewals program, as well as other assigned specialist programs, in accordance with agreed budgets and timeframes, ensuring the necessary approvals and stakeholder engagements are in place, to the exacting standards of the business.
We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in managing Planned Corrective Maintenance Programs. You will hold tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering or similar, and have a background in either bulk water delivery, heavy industry or electrical infrastructure. You will also bring:
- P3M expertise: Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining P3M tools and templates to maximise value and ensure project excellence
- Strategic vision: Ability to design and deliver project, program, portfolio improvement strategies and programs
- Communication skills: Excellent communication skills with a knack for writing and presenting quality reports and findings to senior leadership, including the Board and executive leadership team
This role can be based in either Goondiwindi or Chinchilla. The role offers an array of attractive benefits including:
