Your work will span financial processing, document filing, travel coordination, meeting and event support, document preparation and frontline service - all contributing to the seamless functioning of our Corporate Services business unit.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide high‑quality administrative support to our General Counsel and Legal team, including document preparation, report formatting, filing and general office coordination.
• Manage financial processing tasks such as expense claims, purchase requisitions and corporate card reconciliations in line with Sunwater policies.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, appointments, events and catering to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Contribute to frontline service by participating in the reception relief roster during leave, training or peak periods.

We’re seeking a motivated, detail‑driven professional with strong organisational and time‑management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities with confidence. You’ll bring excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, sound judgement, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality administrative support. Experience in a similar role and proficiency with MS Suite, Sharepoint and corporate systems will set you up for success.

This is a full-time opportunity, available for an immediate start.  At Sunwater, we have a genuine emphasis on work/life balance and to ensure you are well-rewarded for your dedication and hard work, this role offers an attractive base salary starting at $80,513.75 (for a standard 38 hour week), plus 12.75% superannuation, 17.5% leave loading and access to banked time, TOIL and overtime.
