If you bring a passion for making things run smoothly and ideally conveyancing experience, we’d love to hear from you! In this role, you will:
- Manage Sunwater’s licence portfolio, including liaison with applicants/solicitors, preparing licences, resolving queries, coordinating with State Valuation Services, and issuing annual rental invoices.
- Oversee event applications on Sunwater land, coordinating with event holders and Legal Services, securing approvals, and preparing event licence letters.
- Develop controlled document templates and property precedents, coordinating with Quality Assurance to finalise and upload them.
- Review title documents and manage stamping and registration with Titles Queensland.
We’re looking for someone with 3+ years’ experience in a property officer or similar role, strong capability in GIS mapping systems, and solid working knowledge of Queensland Globe and GeoRes. You’ll hold tertiary qualifications in a property‑related discipline or bring equivalent experience in property services or property management, along with confidence in identifying and managing a range of land tenure types. Conveyancing experience will be highly regarded and enhance your ability to support our property functions.
