Property Coordinator

Work.  Are you driven to deliver polished, proactive and high‑quality support? Step into a rewarding career with Sunwater as our Property Coordinator within the Corporate Services team.  This permanent full‑time role (based at any Sunwater office, subject to space) places you at the heart of our Property Services function, where you’ll play a key part in managing property matters and responding to enquiries across Sunwater’s diverse property portfolio.

If you bring a passion for making things run smoothly and ideally conveyancing experience, we’d love to hear from you!  In this role, you will:

  • Manage Sunwater’s licence portfolio, including liaison with applicants/solicitors, preparing licences, resolving queries, coordinating with State Valuation Services, and issuing annual rental invoices.
  • Oversee event applications on Sunwater land, coordinating with event holders and Legal Services, securing approvals, and preparing event licence letters.
  • Develop controlled document templates and property precedents, coordinating with Quality Assurance to finalise and upload them.
  • Review title documents and manage stamping and registration with Titles Queensland.

We’re looking for someone with 3+ years’ experience in a property officer or similar role, strong capability in GIS mapping systems, and solid working knowledge of Queensland Globe and GeoRes. You’ll hold tertiary qualifications in a property‑related discipline or bring equivalent experience in property services or property management, along with confidence in identifying and managing a range of land tenure types.  Conveyancing experience will be highly regarded and enhance your ability to support our property functions.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity and is available for an immediate start.  We have a genuine emphasis on work/life balance and to ensure you are well-rewarded for your dedication and hard work, this role offers attractive base salary starting from $100,344.12 (for a standard 38 hr week), 12.75% superannuation, 17.5% leave loading, access to Banked Time and TOIL.

Please note that this role can be based in any Sunwater office (subject to space).
